My son, a friend of the family, and I visited the Liberty Memorial in downtown KC recently. It was very cool. We paid the $4 to go up in the tower, approximately 220 feet up. If you're afraid of heights the elevator ride and spiral stairs can be tough enough to conquer, but if you can make it, it is quite the view.
