Gas at 12 cents per gallon!

With gasoline prices reaching $4 a gallon, we are lucky--believe it or not.  Although gas prices in Venezuela, a gas producing nation is at only 12 cents a gallon and the cheapest, some drivers are paying $9 a gallon.  Ouch.

Still doesn't take the sting out of filling up, though, does it?
