Memorial Day to Start Off Wet

Good morning bloggers,

A quick update for your holiday.  We are tracking an area of thunderstorms heading for metro KC.  These showers and t-storms are associated with a disturbance that will move through between 6:30am and noon.

Lots of lightning with these t-storms but so far, nothing severe.  We are under a slight risk today for severe weather.  We will get you updated on NBC Action News Midday at 11AM.

    Have a safe holiday,

Brett
